About the Journal

Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ)   with registered number ISSN 2615-367X (online) is a peer-reviewed journal, open access, accreditated by SINTA (Indonesian national body for journal accreditation) published two times a year (July and December) by The Department of Technology of Agricultural Product (THP), Faculty of Agriculture,  Jambi University, in collaboration with the  Indonesian Food Technologist Association (IAFT/PATPI). The Journal Publishing original research papers and critical reviews with the scope of advanced research in the field of Food Science and Technology. All articles until this issue  (Vol 5 No 2, 2022) were authored/co-authored by authors from 7 countries (Thailand, Nigeria, Malaysia, Algeria, Iran, Nepal and Indonesia ).

 A call for a new manuscript is now open for Volume 6 no 2 Year 2023, the submissions are welcome until May, 30,  2023. The Journal publishing original research papers and critical reviews with  the scope of  advancement  research in the field of Food Science and Technology.
