Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ)  is an official publication Department of Technology of Agricultural product (THP) Jambi University, in collaboration with the  Indonesian Food Technologist Association (IAFT/PATPI).  The issue has been available online since December 2017 . All articles until this issue  (Vol 3 No 2, July 2020) were authored/co-authored by authors from 4 countries (Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, and Thailand).
