Author Guidelines
Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ) with registered number ISSN 2615-367X (online) is an International peer-reviewed journal, open access, accredited by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as 1st rank journal in Indonesia (SINTA1) categories as international reputation journal and has been indexed by SCOPUS. The Journal is published two times a year (July and December) by The Department of Technology of Agricultural Product (THP), Faculty of Agriculture, Jambi University. The Journal published original research papers and critical reviews with the scope of advanced research in the field of Food Science and Technology. We invite qualified research articles in the field of Food Science and Technology (food chemistry, food processing and engineering, food microbiology, food safety, food engineering, food nutrition, functional food and nutraceuticals, food novelty and innovations.
- Authors should prepare the manuscript using the Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ) template and submit through the online submission system (link). Only manuscript following the IFSTJ format will be sent to our reviewers.
- The manuscript should be original and has not been previously published or under review by other journals.
- All submitted paper will be reviewed by experts in the field by considering the originality, clarity of presentation and significance to science.
- As the commitment to fast publication, editors try their best to response within 1 week. If authors did not receive any notification after that period, please do send an email to editors.
