About the Journal

Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ)  with registered number ISSN 2615-367X (online) is an International peer-reviewed journal, open access, accreditated by SINTA (Indonesian government body for journal accreditation), and has been accepted for  SCOPUS . The Journal  is published two times a year (July and December) by The Department of Technology of Agricultural Product (THP), Faculty of Agriculture,  Jambi University, Indonesia and in collaboration with the  Indonesian Food Technologist Association (IAFT/PATPI). The Journal published original research papers and critical reviews with the scope of advanced research in the field of Food Science and Technology with a focus on traditional food, particularly traditional Indonesian foods, as well as other regions with comparable or related culinary traditions to Indonesian food.

We are pleased to announce that the Content Selection and Advisory Board (CSAB) of Scopus has completed its review of the Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (e-ISSN: 2615-367X). Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal has been accepted for inclusion in Scopus, the world's largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature. Acceptance into this prestigious bibliographic database entails a rigorous evaluation process by the CSAB, an independent board of specialists, and is a significant endorsement of the journal's quality.
