About the Journal
Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ) with registered number ISSN 2615-367X (online) is an International peer-reviewed journal, open access, accreditated by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as 1st rank journal in Indonesia (SINTA1) categories as international reputation journal and has been Indexed by SCOPUS. Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal is an official publication of Department of Technology of Agricultural product (THP), Faculty of Agriculture, Jambi University, in collaboration with the Indonesian Food Technologist Association (IAFT/PATPI). IFSTJ is published twice a year. The journal contains original research results and scientific review includes research in the field of Food Science and Technology (food chemistry, food processing and engineering, food microbiology, food safety, food engineering, food nutrition, functional food and nutraceuticals, food novelty and innovations with a focus on traditional food, particularly traditional Indonesian foods, as well as other regions with comparable or related culinary traditions to Indonesian food.
