Focus and Scope

Indonesian Food Science & Technology Journal  (IFST) is  open access international peer-reviewed journal publishing critical reviews and original research papers dealing with the advancement Food technology, food science and human nutrition.

FOCUS: The research is focusing on the most promising new research developments and their current and potential food industry applications in a readable, scientifically rigorous way. 

SCOPE: The journal contains research results and scientific review includes research in the field of Food Science and Technology sciences, like food chemistry, food processing, food microbiology, food safety and food engineering as well as nutrition. In addition, it also covers various technological package for industry, short communication, and other information including promotion and advertisement pertaining the development in food science and technology from IAFT members and non members.
