Call for Papers
Dear colleagues,
We proudly announce that the first volume of our new Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ) is now officially published.
IFSTJ is open access and peer-reviewed journal dealing with the advancement technology on food science and human nutrition. Publishing in online version of Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ) is free of charges. IFSTJ is published twice a year, i.e. in July and December.

The reviewers of this journal come from high qualify International academics from Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia as well.
Our next volume is scheduled on July. A call for new manuscripts is now open.

Indonesian Food Science & Technology Journal  is  international peer-reviewed journals publishing critical reviews and original research papers dealing with the advancement technology, food science and human nutrition. The research is focusing on the most promising new research developments and their current and potential food industry applications in a readable, scientifically rigorous way. All papers should focus on the novelty of the research carried out.
