About the Journal

Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ)   with registered number ISSN 2615-367X (online) is a peer-reviewed journal, open access, accreditated by SINTA (Indonesian national body for journal accreditation) published two times a year (July and December) by Department of Technology of Agricultural product (THP) Faculty of Agriculture Jambi University, in collaboration with the  Indonesian Food Technologist Association (IAFT/PATPI). The Journal Publishing original research papers and critical reviews with  the scope of  advancement  research in the field of Food Science and Technology. All articles until this issue  (Vol 4 No 1, December 2020) were authored/co-authored by authors from 5 countries (Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria and Thailand).

Dear colleagues,
 A call for a new manuscript is now open for Volume 4 no 2 July 2021, the submissions are welcome until 30 April 2021.The Journal Publishing original research papers and critical reviews with  the scope of  advancement  research in the field of Food Science and Technology.

Before submission,
You have to make sure that your paper is prepared using the IFSTJ paper Templatehas been carefully proofread and polished and conformed to the author guidelines.

Publishing in online version of Indonesian Food Science and Technology Journal (IFSTJ) is free of charges. IFSTJ is published twice a year (July and December). The reviewers of this journal come from high qualify International academics from Australia, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Singapore and Indonesia as well.
