PENGARUH BRAND IMAGE DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KINERJA PELAYANAN PENGELOLAAN FASILITAS DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA RSUD RADEN MATTAHER

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pengelolaan Fasilitas dengan Kepuasan Pasien sebagai variabel Mediasi pada RSUD Raden Mattaher. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi pasien RSUD Raden Mattaher yang ada di Provinsi Jambi. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu SMART PLS. Penelitian ini memiliki kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pengelolaan Fasilitas, Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pengelolaan Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pengelolaan Fasilitas, Kepuasan Pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pengelolaan Fasilitas, Brand image tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pengelolaan Fasilitas yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Pasien dan Kualitas Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Pengelolaan Fasilitas yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Pasien
