Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berdinas di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sama dengan jumlah populasi. Dengan demikian disebut survei. Adapun jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 45 pegawai. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja yang diproyeksikan oleh gaji, promosi, supervise, penghargaan, rekan kerja dan pekerjaan itu sendiri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang direfleksikan oleh Kualitas Kerja, Kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, dan kemandirian. OCB yang diproyeksikan oleh altruism, conscientiousnes dan sportmanship berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang direfleksikan oleh kualitas kerja, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, dan kemandirian. Stres kerja yang dideskripsikan oleh tuntutan tugas, tuntutan peran, tuntutan antar pribadi, struktur organisasi, kepemimpinan organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang direfleksikan oleh kualitas kerja, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, dan kemandirian
