WORK FROM HOME DAN WORK LIFE BALANCE DALAM MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN KERJA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi work from home dan work life balance dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada pegawai startup Bibit. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pSenelitian kuantitaif. Data yang dianalisa diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 65 responden, kemudian akan diolah menggunakan software partial least square (PLS). Terdapat empat tahapan Analisa yang dilakukan, yaitu outer model, inner model dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan Analisa yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara work from home terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikan 0,049, work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikan 0,000, work from home terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,007, work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,032, dan signifikan juga ditemukan pada kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa startup Bibit dapat melakukan pemahaman terkait work from home dan work life balance untuk keseimbangan waktu dalam mobilitas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja maupun kinerja karyawan
