Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh e-Kinerja terhadap keterikatan kerja (work engagement) dengan penerimaan teknologi (technology acceptance) sebagai variabel mediasi pada pejabat struktural Pemerintah Kabupaten Kerinci. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 87 orang responden, dimana data dari sampel dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner untuk kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis komponen partial least squares (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis statistik membuktikan bahwa secara langsung e-Kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja (work engagement). Untuk efek mediasi terbukti bahwa penerimaan teknologi (technology acceptance) memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung antara e-Kinerja terhadap keterikatan kerja (work engagement). Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap upaya pengambilan kebijakan kepegawaian di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Kerinci dalam memperhatikan penerapan e-Kinerja dan penerimaan teknologi (technology acceptance) dalam rangka meningkatkan keterikatan kerja (work engagement) yang akan berimplikasi pada peningkatan kinerja individu dan organisasi
