IFSTJ is published twice a year ( July and December). The journal contains original research results and scientific review includes research in the field of Food Science and Technology (food chemistry, food processing and engineering, food microbiology, food safety, food engineering, food nutrition, functional food and nutraceuticals, food novelty and innovations).
