Budaya Pembelajaran di Era Transformasi Digital

Abstrak: Revolusi industry 4.0 telah digalakkan oleh pemerintah. Teknologi digital menjadi ciri utama dalam revolusi industri 4.0. Manifestisi transformasi digital ditunjukan dengan ketersediaan informasi melalui internet. Namun demikian, transformasi digital menuntut sikap otonomi dan kemandirian belajar yang tinggi dari generasi jaman sekarang. Era transformasi digital menuntut generasi jaman sekarang untuk memilki sikap dan perilaku positif dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk kepentingan yang lebih produktif. Sikap positif terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi menjadi salah satu pilar dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk pembelajaran di era digital. Kondisi pandemi COVID-19 telah melatih sikap yang ekstra positif terhadiap fenomena transformasi digital yang sedang terjadi saat ini. Pengalaman belajar di masa pandemi melatih siswa dan mahasiswa untuk terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran di era transformasi digital. Implikasi dari pelatihan di masa pandemic COVID-19 ini untuk mempersiapkan diri mengikuti budaya pembelajaran paska pandemi. Pengalaman selama masa pandemi seharusnya berdampak pada penyiapan kompetensi, sikap dan mental dalam melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran di era digital dimana revolusi digital menuntut rasa tanggungjawab dalam kemandirian belajar dan implementasi kemampuan berpikir kritis.
