Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja UKM melalui perilaku kerja inovatif di kota Jambi. Subyek yang digunakan sebagai unit analisis adalah UKM di kota Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3588 UKM, sedangkan jumlah unit analisis adalah 360 UKM di Kota Jambi. Analisis data menggunakan pengolahan data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui software Amos v.22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing akan memberikan dampak yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja UKM jika dimediasi oleh perilaku kerja inovatif di Kota Jambi
