PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI PERTAMINA HULU ROKAN ZONA 1 JAMBI

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening di Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 1 Jambi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mendapatkan gambaran kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 1. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan model Structuran Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) menggunakan SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan positif dan signfikan dan hipotesis diterima, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja positif dan signifikan dan hipotesis diterima, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja positif dan signifikan dan hipotesis diterima, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan positif dan signifikan dan hipotesis diterima, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja positif dan signfikan dan hipotesis diterima.
