DAMPAK KECERDASAN BUATAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN: PERAN MEDIASI PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN CAZH TEKNOLOGI INOVASI PURWOKERTO

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Kecerdasan Buatan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Produktivitas Karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi pada Perusahaan Cazh Teknologi Inovasi Purwokerto. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 48 orang dijadikan responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan perangkat lunak Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dan Kinerja Karyawan. Selain itu, Produktivitas Karyawan juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan serta memediasi hubungan antara AI dan Kinerja Karyawan. Temuan tersebut megiindikasikan bahwa implementasi AI yang didukung oleh kapabilitas sumber daya manusia mampu meningkatkan produktivitas sekaligus kinerja karyawan. Dari perspektif Resource-Based View (RBV), AI merupakan sumber daya strategis yang mampu menciptakan nilai ketika diintegrasikan dengan kapabilitas organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi organisasi dalam mengoptimalkan penerapan AI untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan.
