PENGARUH FINANCIAL SELF-CONTROL TERHADAP FINANCIAL RESILIENCE GENERASI Z DENGAN FINANCIAL AWARENESS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

Ketahanan finansial Generasi Z di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan akibat perilaku konsumtif dan rendahnya kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Financial Self-Control terhadap Financial Resilience serta peran moderasi Financial Awareness pada Generasi Z. Menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling, data dikumpulkan dari 116 responden Generasi Z (17 – 29 tahun) yang tersebar di 14 provinsi di Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 4. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Financial Self-Control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Financial Resilience. Selain itu, Financial Awareness terbukti secara signifikan memoderasi dan memperkuat pengaruh tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ketahanan finansial Generasi Z tidak hanya ditentukan oleh pengendalian diri, tetapi oleh kapasitas yang diperkuat secara sinergis oleh kesadaran finansial, di mana pengendalian diri yang dilandasi kesadaran faktual atas kondisi keuangan nyata akan bertransformasi dari respons reaktif menjadi tindakan proaktif yang terukur dalam membangun stabilitas finansial jangka panjang.
