Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan Peran Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Dengan Kinerja Pegawai Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada ASN Di Provinsi Jambi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang terdaftar di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jambi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 109 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang mendapatkan ijin belajar dan tugas belajar. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SMART PLS. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Pelatihan dan pengembangan Pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi pada ASN Di Provinsi Jambi. Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi pada ASN Di Provinsi Jambi. Pelatihan dan pengembangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada ASN Di Provinsi Jambi. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada ASN Di Provinsi Jambi. Kinerja pegawai tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi pada ASN Di Provinsi Jambi dan Kinerja pegawai tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi pada ASN Di Provinsi Jambi
