Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation of the formation of village regulations in Sungai Landai Village, Mestong District based on Regent Regulation Number 9 of 2018, as well as obstacles in implementing village regulations in Sungai Landai Village, Mestong District. This type of research is empirical juridical. The results of the study show that the implementation of the formation of village regulations in Sungai Landai Village starts from the planning and drafting stages carried out by involving the community to consult, the discussion stage is carried out by the BPD involving the village government, as well as the enactment rights are carried out by the village government and the dissemination of the village regulations that have been stipulated the. Obstacles in the implementation of the formation of village regulations in Sungai Landai Village, Mestong District were the lack of community involvement in the planning process for the formation of village regulations, as well as the absence of proposals for village regulations initiated by the BD, so that village regulations were formed entirely at the initiative of the village government.
