Bible-based Christian education contributes to students’ character formation by bringing together faith perspectives, moral principles, and educational experiences. This study examines how biblical principles contribute to character formation through a systematic literature review (SLR). Following the PRISMA 2020 framework, relevant publications on Christian education, biblical foundations, and character education were identified, screened, and synthesized thematically. The review analyzed 42 selected publications published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal five major dimensions of Bible-based character education: Scripture-centered learning, teacher role modeling, loving educational relationships, holistic formation, and continuous collaboration between schools, families, and churches. The study concludes that Bible-based Christian education provides an integrated framework for character development by connecting biblical values with educational practice and supporting students’ moral responsibility, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.
