This qualitative multiple-case study examines how comprehensive school counseling models based on the ASCA National Framework are implemented and perceived to support educational outcomes. Data were collected through interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis involving three secondary schools. The findings indicate that comprehensive counseling programs support student development through proactive academic guidance, identification of learning barriers, and college and career preparation. The programs also strengthen student engagement and attendance by promoting school belonging and addressing social-emotional needs. In addition, counseling practices support a positive school climate through preventive education, restorative approaches, and data-informed interventions. The study highlights comprehensive counseling models as an integrated component of school systems. The findings provide implications for counseling practice, educational policy, and future research.
