Indonesia's low PISA score internationally reflects the weak mathematical abilities of Indonesian students. The mentoring training program is expected to introduce PISA-type questions and their solving tricks to students at Al Arif High School. The implementation method of this program is preceded by preparation and situation analysis, followed by planning for training 1 and training 2, the mentoring team carries out monitoring to see the progress of the results of both trainings, then evaluation of student activities and abilities, and reporting. As a result of this activity, students gain knowledge and know how to solve problems well. This program runs well and is accompanied by positive responses from students and teachers. The results of this activity, students gave a good assessment with a questionnaire score of 3.61 and a test result of 77.07. Based on observations, at the final meeting, almost 72 percent of students were able to verbally explain the mentoring questions. Students took turns to explain in front of the class. Students did not get the maximum score because they were not used to reading hidden information and students were not used to building different strategies. In addition, students also did not pay attention to the instructions for each question number.
