Abstract

Dalam menghadapi perkembangan tren konsumsi produk kecantikan berbahan alami, di kalangan kelompok PKK, kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penting dilakukan. Observasi di lapangan menunjukkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu PKK dalam teknologi pembuatan sabun aromaterapi masih minim sehingga pemahaman terhadap proses ini masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk bisa dijadikan sebagai kegiatan produktif dan menghidupkan roda perekonomian, menjadi nilai tambah bagi masyarakat luas. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) inii adalah pelatihan, dengan melakukan sosialisasi dan praktek kepada kelompok PKK di RT 33 Perumahan Kembar Lestari 1 Desa Mendalo Darat. Kegiatan ini berhasil dilaksanakan ditunjukkan dengan mitra telah mampu menerapkan teknologi pada proses pembuatan sabun aromaterapi sehingga menghasilkan produk sabun aromaterapi yang layak untuk digunakan dan di komersilkan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan  berupa produksi sabun aromaterapi yang sedang dirintis dapat dijadikan usaha ekonomi produktif bagi kelompok PKK dengan melibatkan koperasi dan atau UMKM setempat serta menggunakan social media dalam proses pemasarannya.

  1. Royalties

This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by JKAM or its sublicensee.

  1. Miscellaneous

JKAM will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed and JKAM or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. JKAM may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate.
