 Reviewers' Responsibilities:

  • Peer review supports the editor in making editorial decisions and may aid authors in improving manuscripts.
  • Reviewers who feel unqualified for the review or unable to provide a timely review should notify the editor to find alternatives.
  • Manuscripts under review should be treated as confidential.
  • Reviews should be objective and free of personal criticism; comments should be supported.
  • Reviewers should identify un-cited work relevant to the manuscript and any significant similarity with published work they know.
  • Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.

 Authors' Responsibilities:

  • Authors should present accurate, original research objectively discussing its significance.
  • Works and words of others should be cited or quoted appropriately; plagiarism is unethical.
  • Manuscripts should not be published or submitted elsewhere simultaneously.
  • Acknowledgement of others' work must be explicit, and authorship should reflect significant contributions to the research.
  • The corresponding author ensures all listed co-authors are appropriate and have approved the final manuscript for submission.
  • Authors should disclose any financial or other conflicts of interest and acknowledge all funding sources.
  • Authors are obliged to correct significant errors in their published work.

 Publisher's Responsibilities:

  • The publisher addresses misconduct, fraudulent publication, or plagiarism allegations, taking measures to clarify and amend the situation, including publishing errata or retracting works.
  • The publisher and journal practice non-discrimination in publishing activities.

This comprehensive statement ensures all parties involved in the publication process uphold the highest ethical standards, contributing to the integrity and quality of scholarly publishing.
