Abstract

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang:Kanker payudara dan kanker serviks muncul sebagai tantangan kesehatan global utama dan
secara tidak proporsional menyebabkan morbiditas dan mortalitas yang berlebihan di negara-negara
berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah bila dibandingkan dengan negara-negara berpenghasilan tinggi.Kanker
payudara dan serviks adalah kanker paling umum yang didiagnosis pada wanita yang tinggal di negara
berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah, di mana peluang untuk pencegahan, deteksi dini, atau keduanya sangat
sedikit
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan Literature Review dengan menggunakan pencarian grey literature Google
Scholar. Hasil pencarian yang memenuhi kriteria kemudian dilakukan analisis artikel.
Hasil: Hasil didapatkan 12 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Dari 12 artikel didapatkan tiga tema
yaitupengetahuan, usia, dan pencegahan serta pengendalian.
Kesimpulan:Strategi promosi dan pencegahan harussegeradiimplementasikan ke publik melalui layanan untuk
membangun manajemen penanggulangan kanker yang lebih baik dimasyarakat dan menjamin manfaat yang
sebesar-besarnya baginegara.Unit pemerintah daerah bekerja dengan pemerintah pusat untuk menentukan faktorfaktor penentu pembangunandan pelaksanaan program kebijakan kesehatan dan untuk mempresentasikan hasil
dari program yang dilaksanakan.
