Scientific of Environmental Health Diseases (e-SEHAD) permits authors to deposit all versions of their work in an institutional or subject repository. This policy sets out the ways in which JMJ journal authors can self-archive versions of their work on their own web pages, on institutional webpages, and in another repository. Archiving and Repository Policy

E-SEHAD: Jurnal Kesehatan ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published articles. The journal implements multiple archiving strategies:

1. Digital Archiving

The journal is archived in:

• LOCKSS (if enabled) to ensure distributed preservation across participating libraries.

• PKP PN (Private Network) for long-term digital preservation.

These systems guarantee that articles remain available even in cases of website failure or data loss.

2. Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are allowed and encouraged to archive their work in:

• Institutional repositories

• Personal websites

• Public repositories

Permitted versions:

• Submitted version (pre-print) – allowed

• Accepted version (post-print) – allowed

• Published version (PDF publisher version) – allowed immediately after publication

No embargo is applied.

3. Repository Use

The journal’s content is stored on the OJS (Open Journal Systems) platform ensuring persistent access and metadata preservation.

4. Metadata Availability

Article metadata is openly accessible and interoperable via OAI-PMH for harvesting by indexing services and repositories.
