Abstract

This research examines the the effect of implementation of service marketing mix onthe process of tourist decision making to make a tour in Padang city.This studymainly used the service marketing approach. The sampling method used waspurposive sampling technique. The sample size was 150 tourists. The data analyzed bypath analysis. The results of study show that implementation of service marketing mixhave significant influence simultaneously and partially toward of tourist decisionmaking to make a tour in Padang city.
