Peer Review Process
Manuscripts submitted to MSA Journal must comply with the journal’s Focus and Scope and Author Guidelines. Submitted manuscripts must demonstrate appropriate scientific merit and/or novelty in accordance with the focus and scope of the journal.
Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English. Manuscripts written in English must be presented in clear and proper English. Authors whose native language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts checked for grammar and clarity prior to submission.
All submitted manuscripts must be original works and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Authors are encouraged to conduct similarity checks using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or iThenticate prior to submission. The editorial team of MSA Journal will also screen all submissions for similarity using Turnitin or iThenticate.
Each manuscript will undergo a double-blind peer review process and will be reviewed by at least two (2) independent expert reviewers. Reviewers provide constructive and scientifically valuable comments to improve the quality of the manuscript. If necessary, a third reviewer may be appointed to provide additional critical evaluation.
