STUDI LITERATUR: TELAAH MEKANISME TRANSISI EPITELIAL-MESENKIMAL (TEM) PADA TUMOR FIBROEPITELIAL PAYUDARA

ABSTRACT

Fibroepitelial breast tumors are a group of neoplasms with heterogeneous lesions. Fibroadenoma (FA) and Phyllodes Tumor (PT) are classified as fibroepitelial breast tumors. Breast tumors that tend to be malignancy, there is a process that epithelial cells shift to mesenchymal cells, called Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT). The aims of this was to determine the processes and factors in the mechanism of TEM in breast fibroepitelial tumors that would be the basis for distinguishing tumor types between the two.

Fibroadenoma (FA) dan Tumor Filoides (TF) ialah pembagian dari tumor fibroepitelial payudara. Pada tumor payudara yang cenderung pada jenis keganasan, terdapat proses yang dapat mengubah sel epitel menjadi sel mesenkimal, yang disebut juga Transisi Epitelial-Mesenkimal (TEM). Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menemukan proses dan faktor-faktor dalam mekanisme TEM pada tumor fibroepitelial payudara yang akan menjadi dasar untuk membedakan jenis tumor antara keduanya.   Kata kunci: Tumor Fibroepitelial Payudara, Transisi Epitelial-Mesenkimal, Fibroadenoma, Tumor Filoides
