Analisa Faktor Risiko Kejadian Hipertensi Di Kota Jambi Tahun 2017

Hipertensi didefinisikan sebagai tekanan darah persisten dengan ≥140 mmHg tekanan sistolik dan tekanan diastolik ≥90 mmHg. Indeks massa tubuh, riwayat keluarga, kebiasaan merokok dan stres sebagai faktor risiko hipertensi. Ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah individu yang telah berusia ≥ 30 tahun sebanyak 384 orang yang tinggal di Kota Jambi, diambil secara proporsional stratified random sampling. Analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak analisis statistik dengan tingkat signifikansi uji p <0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indeks massa tubuh: obesitas 193 orang (50,26%), riwayat keluarga hipertensi sebanyak 156 orang (40,63%), kebiasaan merokok 125 orang (32,55%) dan stres dengan kriteria sedang sebanyak 7 orang. (1,82%) dan stres ringan sebanyak 46 orang (11,98%). Ada hubungan yang signifikan dari indeks massa tubuh (p: 0,000, rs: 0,254, POR: 4,249 (2,330-7,748), riwayat keluarga (p: 0,000, rs: 0,255, POR: 3,843 (2,217-6,663), (p: 0,000, rs: 0,254, POR: 4,249 (2,330-7,748), kebiasaan merokok (p: 0,000, rs: 0,190, POR: 2,667 (1,577-4,544), tekanan sedang (p: 0,001, rs: 0,422, POR: 0,022 ( 0,003- 0,192), stres ringan (p: 0,000, rs: 0,422, POR: 0,112 (0,057-0,219) dengan kejadian hipertensi di Kota Jambi 2017. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa obesitas, riwayat keluarga, kebiasaan merokok, stres sedang / ringan signifikan terhadap kejadian hipertensi.
