Kajian Bahaya Potensial Ergonomi pada Pengrajin Batik (Studi Kasus Pengrajin Batik di Kelurahan Ulu Gedong)

Sektor informal minim dalam menerapkan K3 di lingkungan kerja termasuk pembatik. Proses dalam pekerjaan membatik berisiko menimbulkan bahaya ergonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bahaya potensial ergonomi pada pengrajin batik di kelurahan Ulu Gedong. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan penelitian didapatkan dengan teknik snowball sampling sebanyak 6 pembatik dan 9 informan pendukung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan konten analisis. Hasil penelitian bahwa potensi risiko bahaya pada aspek man machine-system terkait penggunaan alat dalam waktu lama dan gerakan repetisi pengambilan lilin. Aspek sikap kerja terkait posisi duduk tidak ergonomis dan durasi duduk lama. Aspek layout stasiun kerja terkait bekerja tidak pada ruangan tertentu, bekerja dengan postur tidak nyaman dan lingkungan kerja kurang menyenangkan. Aspek metode kerja terkait postur duduk bersila, tidak ada SOP, durasi kerja berlebih. Penelitian ini menemukan keluhan pada pengrajin berupa pegal di: daerah punggung, pinggang, jari tangan dan kesemutan di kaki. Kesimpulan Sikap kerja dan layout merupakan aspek ergonomi yang paling dominan menimbulkan risiko bahaya ergonomi. Perlunya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait ergonomi dan perancangan stasiun kerja yang ergonomis.
