Archiving Policy

Jurnal Ilmiah Agroindustri implements an Archiving Policy to ensure long-term access to published articles, even in the event of changes or closure of the journal website or distribution platform. We are committed to safeguarding published content and ensuring that scientific articles remain accessible to readers worldwide.

Archiving Process:

  1. Digital Archiving:
    All articles published in Jurnal Ilmiah Agroindustri are digitally stored in PDF format on the journal’s server and can be accessed through the journal platform. Articles are also uploaded to national or international repositories that support open access and long-term archiving.

  2. Collaboration with Archiving Institutions:
    Jurnal Ilmiah Agroindustri collaborates with national and international archiving institutions, such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe), to ensure the long-term preservation and accessibility of published articles. Through this collaboration, articles remain permanently accessible even if there are changes to the primary journal platform.

  3. Backup and Security:
    All published articles are duplicated and secured with a robust backup system to ensure that they can be restored in case of technical issues or data loss.

  4. Institutional Repository Storage:
    Authors are also allowed to store their published articles in institutional repositories or other open-access repositories following the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license.
