Inovasi Pemanfaatan Ekstrak Bunga Telang Menjadi Produk Serbuk Granul Instan yang Diolah dengan Teknologi Spray Drying Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Tahan Tubuh Masyarakat

Ekstrak bunga telang memiliki kandungan kimia berupa saponin, flavonoid, alkaloid, calsium oksalat dan sulphur. Flavonoid yang dikandung oleh bunga telang bermanfaat sebagai antioksidan yang sangat kuat, berdasarkan hal tersebut maka muncul ide untuk membuat suatu inovasi produk minuman fungsional berupa serbuk granul instan sebagai peningkat daya tahan tubuh, penangkal radikal bebas, detoksifikasi serta penambah daya ingat, dimana pengolahannya dengan menggunakan cara teknik spray drying. Adapun tujuan dari Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) ini adalah untuk peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat melalui upaya promotif, preventif, kuratif dan rehabilitatatif masyarakat agar terhindar dari infeksi penyakit dan membuka peluang usaha bagi UMKM Nurchery untuk memproduksi serbuk granul instan ekstrak bunga telang yang memiliki daya simpan yang lebih lama. Adapun metode yang dilaksanakan berupa penyuluhan atau sosialisasi kepada masyarakat serta pendampingan kepada UMKM terkait produksi serbuk granul instan dengan teknik spray dying. Hasil yang diperoleh pada PPM ini adalah termanfaatkannya serbuk granul instan ekstrak bunga telang oleh masyarakat sebagai minuman kesehatan peningkat daya tahan tubuh serta berkembangnya UMKM Nurchery dalam memproduksi serbuk granul instan ekstrak bunga telang dengan nama merek dagang “Butelang†yang telah memiliki legalitas NIB, PIRT dan Halal.

- Royalties

- Miscellaneous
JKAM will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed and JKAM or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published.
