ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to describe the values ​​of religious education in a fairy tale in Indonesian textbooks Junior High School Class VII Issue Perbukuan Center Ministry of Education. Based on research conducted almost all the fables in the Indonesian Textbooks Junior High School Class VII Issue Perbukuan Center Department of Education includes the religious education. However, there is also a tale that is only one aspect of religious values ​​in it, which only includes the value of education religus praise aspects of gratitude. There are also tales that contain only one aspect of the religious education which only includes aspects of resignation. In addition, there are also tales that do not contain any one aspect of the value of religious education.
