ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FERTILIZER SUBSIDY POLICY FOR RICE FARMERS IN SUKAMANAH VILLAGE, JATINUNGGAL DISTRICT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas kebijakan subsidi pupuk pada petani padi di Desa Sukamanah Kecamatan Jatinunggal. Metode penelitan mengguanakan pendekatan sekriptif kauntitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 39 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling dengan metode two stage cluster sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah 4 indikator pengukuran efektifitas diantanya Tepat harga, Tepat Jumlah, Tepat Waktu, Tepat Tempat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kebijakan subsidi pupuk pada petani padi di Desa Sukamanah masih dikategorikan tidak efektif. Hal ini dikarenakan indikator harga, jumlah dan indikator waktu belum terpenuhinya. Sedangkan dari indikator tepat tempat sudah terpenuhi.
