ANALYSIS OF PADDY RICE FARMERS' SATISFACTION ON PPL PERFORMANCE IN SEKERNAN DISTRICT, MUARO DISTRICT, JAMBI

ANALISIS KEPUASAN PETANI PADI SAWAH TERHADAP KINERJA PPL DI KECAMATAN SEKERNAN KABUPATEN MUARO JAMBI

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the level of importance to PPL performance and 2) to see the level of satisfaction of lowland rice farmers with the performance attributes that have been implemented by PPL in Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency. This research was conducted using a quantitative method using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis tool.
The results of the study show that 1) the level of farmer interest in PPL performance is categorized as high. 2) Farmers' satisfaction level with PPL performance attributes is categorized close to satisfied.
