License and Copyright

Authors who publish their work in Jurnal Prabung Seni: Pengkajian dan Penciptaan Seni Pertunjukan retain full copyright ownership of their respective articles. All materials disseminated by the journal are legally bound under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This licensing framework grants the public the freedom to copy, distribute, transmit, remix, adapt, and build upon the work for any intent—including commercial ventures—under the strict condition that appropriate credit is visibly attributed to the original creator(s) and the journal is explicitly cited as the initial platform of publication. Simultaneously, Jurnal Prabung Seni is granted a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and permanently archive the accepted manuscripts across all current and future media formats.

Under this agreement, authors are highly encouraged to self-archive and share their published papers through institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic social networks, provided that the original publication data is accurately acknowledged. Authors also maintain the right to reuse their articles for any lawful professional purpose without seeking formal clearance from the editorial office.

To maintain high scholarly standards, the editorial team ensures rigorous oversight, yet the final accountability for the content, including all research data, creative claims, and opinions expressed, rests entirely with the individual author(s). For multi-authored submissions, the corresponding author acts as the representative to confirm that all co-creators have reviewed, approved, and authorized the submission under these guidelines. The journal disclaims any responsibility for disputes arising among authors, and the act of submitting a manuscript implies full consent to this policy without requiring any supplementary signed documentation.
