PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS BERBASIS LESSON STUDY: MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPAS SDN 126/IV KOTA JAMBI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 126 Kota Jambi melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis Lesson Study. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya motivasi, kurangnya minat belajar siswa, serta sikap malas dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Pada prasiklus, nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 55 dengan daya serap 55% dan ketuntasan belajar 32%. Setelah implementasi pembelajaran berbasis Lesson Study, terjadi peningkatan bertahap. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 65 dengan daya serap 65% dan ketuntasan 60%. Siklus II menunjukkan rata-rata nilai 75, daya serap 75%, dan ketuntasan 75%. Siklus III mencapai rata-rata nilai 85, daya serap 85%, dan ketuntasan 90%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang menarik dan berpusat pada siswa secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi, minat, dan hasil belajar siswa.
