Analisis Kebutuhan Tenaga Administrasi Berdasarkan Beban Kerja Dengan Teknik Work Sampling Menggunakan Metode WISN Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Mutu Pelayanan Unit Rawat Jalan Rs. Dr. Bratanata Jambi Tahun 2018

Metode Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) merupakan salah satu cara dalam menghitung kebutuhan tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja nyata yang dilaksanakan oleh tenaga kerja. Penelitian dilaksanakan Dr.Bratanata Jambi, digunakan Teknik work sampling dan berlangsung Bulan Mei sampai Juni 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode work sampling. Penggunaan waktu kerja tenaga administrasi untuk aktivitas produktif sebesar 81.78 %, karena dibuat guna melaksanakan kegiatan yang berhubungan langsung dengan pelayanan, kegiatan non produktif ditemukan penggunaan waktu sebesar 4.621% dan kegiatan pribadi ditemukan penggunaan waktunya sebesar 13.58%. Waktu yang dipertimbangkan untuk pelayanan utama unit rawat jalan RS.Bratanata adalah pagi dan siang. Hasil penghitungan tenaga dengan metode WISN diperoleh tenaga administrasi berjumlah 4 orang, masih kekurangan tenaga sebanyak 2 orang dan beban kerja yang ada cukup tinggi. Disarankan untuk memilih tenaga administrasi yang berkompeten dibidang administrasi dan mengadakan pelatihan berkala untuk memaksimalkan mutu pelayanan.
