GAMBARAN DAN PERMASALAHAN KEPATUHAN KONSUMSI OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA LANSIA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI ESENSIAL DALAM KEGIATAN POSYANDU LANSIA DI PUSKESMAS OLAK KEMANG KOTA JAMBI

Abstract

ABSTRACT
Background: Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure from 140 mmHg and diastolic
more than 90 mmHg at two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a state of well-rested /
calm.
Objective: To find out the description and problems in compliance with the consumption of
antihypertensive drugs in the elderly with essential hypertension in the activities of the Elderly Posyandu
at the Olak Kemang Health Center
Method: This research was conducted in the working area of the Olak Kerja Health Center in 3 urban
villages using a mix method in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The interview was conducted
at the officer in charge of the Elderly Posyandu and questionnaires were given to elderly people with
HT who were present at the Elderly Posyandu activities at the Olak Kemang Health Center
Results: From 30 respondents (8 men and 22 women) and interviews with officers in charge of the
Elderly Posyandu, it was found that the level of adherence to hypertension drug consumption in the
elderly was included in the low category with a high compliance rate of 6.67%, a medium compliance
rate of 16.67 and a high compliance rate of 76.66%.
Conclusion: the level of adherence to HT drug consumption in the elderly in the activities of the Elderly
Posyandu at the Olak Kemang health center is still low

Latar Belakang : Hipertensi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik dari 140 mmHg dan diastolik
lebih dari 90 mmHg pada dua kali pengukuran dengan selang waktu lima menit dalam keadaan cukup
istirahat/tenang.
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui gambaran dan permasalahan-permasalahan dalam kepatuhan konsumsi
obat antihipertensi pada lansia penderita hipertensi esensial dalam kegiatan Posyandu Lansia di
Puskesmas Olak Kemang
Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Olak Kerja di 3 kelurahan dengan
menggunakan mix method berupa wawancara dan kuesioner. Wawancara dilakukan pada petugas
penanggung jawab Posyandu Lansia dan kuesioner diberikan pada lansia penderita HT yang hadir
pada kegiatan Posyandu Lansia di Puskesmas Olak Kemang

Posyandu Lansia didapatkan tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi obat hipertensi pada lansia termasuk dalam
kategori rendah degan dengan tingkat kepatuhan tinngi 6,67 % , tingkat patuh sedang 16,67 dan tingkat
patuh tinggi 76,66%.
Kesimpulan : tingkat kepatuhan konsumsi obat HT pada lansia dalam kegiatan Posyandu Lansia di
puskesmas Olak Kemang masih rendah
