About the Journal
Uti Possidetis: Journal of International Law is a periodic, peer-reviewed, open-access journal in the field of International Law, published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Jambi. The journal collates innovative research addressing specialized areas of International Law, including but not limited to the Law of the Sea, Air and Space Law, International Environmental Law, Treaty Law, International Trade Law, Humanitarian Law, International Criminal Law, International Dispute Resolution, and Diplomatic and Consular Law. It also serves as a platform for professional discourse on contemporary developments, aiming to enhance awareness among Indonesian scholars and policymakers regarding the pivotal role of International Law.
The journal is published three times a year, in February, June, and October. The editorial board invites submissions from scholars of International Law, including academics, practitioners, and activists, whose work aligns with the journal’s scope, policies, publication ethics, and writing guidelines. Manuscripts that do not adhere to these guidelines or fail to conform to the required format will be rejected prior to review. The editorial team will only proceed with manuscripts that meet all stipulated requirements.
