Using quantitative descriptive methods, data from the Central Statistics Agency, Department of Education, and Regional Development Planning Agency were analyzed. Results show fluctuating trends in key variables and confirm that per capita income, School Participation Rate, Special Allocation Fund, and government expenditure significantly impact the education index. A Strengths-Opportunities strategy is recommended, focusing on: (1) expanding educational access in rural areas, (2) balancing teacher and staff distribution, (3) improving facility audits, (4) enhancing learning processes with better facilities and staff training, (5) fostering community collaboration for conducive environments, and (6) optimizing facility use to improve student outcomes and graduate quality. To improve the education index, local governments should strengthen Dapodik operator capacity through training and enhance coordination between the Department of Education and schools for accurate reporting and facility planning.
2024-09-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Mohammad Ikhwan Afdloli, Heriberta Heriberta, Erni Achmad https://online-journal.unja.ac.id/paradigma/article/view/31465 Systematic literature review (SLR): transformasi sektor pertanian bagi pembangunan ekonomi di pedesaan Indonesia 2024-01-20T12:05:51+07:00 Rafika Chudriana Putri rafikachudrianaputri@staira.ac.id Isnaini Harahap rafikachudrianaputri@staira.ac.id Zuhrinal Nawawi rafikachudrianaputri@staira.ac.id
Indonesia is a developing country. One way to build a country's national economy is by developing the agricultural sector and rural areas properly. This study aims to determine the Transformation of the Agricultural Sector for Economic Development in Rural Indonesia with a Systematic Literature Review paradigm approach in journals that have been published since 2017 to 2023. The results obtained are that the Transformation of the agricultural sector must be carried out immediately because the interest of the Indonesian people in Farming is still low. The conversion of land functions and the age of the rural population are mostly elderly are the impetus for the agricultural sector to transform immediately. Transformation needs to be carried out because technological developments in the agricultural sector are not as fast as the development of other technologies, for example in the industrial sector. This requires government support through regulations that facilitate access to capital, low interest rates, digital markets, and the development of agricultural technology. Agricultural transformation can drive Indonesia's rural economic development.
2024-09-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Rafika Chudriana Putri, Isnaini Harahap , Zuhrinal Nawawi https://online-journal.unja.ac.id/paradigma/article/view/37946 Pengaruh ekspektasi pendapatan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha 2024-10-23T23:43:49+07:00 Hafidh Rusydi henipamungkas@unesa.ac.id Heni Purwa Pamungkas henipamungkas@unesa.ac.id
Carrying out entrepreneurial activities is one solution to reduce the country's unemployment rate and can improve the country's economy. In the pre-research conducted by the researchers, students were not very interested in entrepreneurship. In cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit in students, it is necessary to have factors that can influence students' interest in entrepreneurship, one of which is income expectations and family environment. This research aims to explain the influence of income expectations and family environment on students' entrepreneurial interest. This research uses associative research methods with a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that income expectations and family environment simultaneously influence interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, partially, the results obtained were that income expectations had an influence on students' interest in entrepreneurship, while family environment had no effect on interest in entrepreneurship.
2024-09-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Hafidh Rusydi, Heni Purwa Pamungkas https://online-journal.unja.ac.id/paradigma/article/view/41213 Analisis determinan konsumsi petani kelapa sawit di Desa Pulau Tujuh Kecamatan Pamenang Barat Kabupaten Merangin 2025-01-18T23:24:22+07:00 Endah Nurwahyu Ningsih dwihastuti@unja.ac.id Selamet Rahmadi Selamet_rahmadi@unja.ac.id Etik Umiyati etik_umiyatti@unja.ac.id
This study aims to (1) To find out and analyze the social and economic conditions of oil palm farmers (2) To find out and analyze factors that affect income, the number of family dependents, education and age on farmers' consumption in Pulau Tujuh Village, West Pamenang District, Merangin Regency.
