Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang di mediasi oleh psychological capital pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Provinsi Jambi. Alat Analisis yang digunkan adalah analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Provinsi Jambi. Servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Psychological capital pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Provinsi Jambi. Psychological capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Provinsi Jambi. Servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan Psychological capital sebagai variabel mediasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Provinsi Jambi
