<p><em>This article aims to provide in-depth information about the usefulness of cognitive behavior therapy counseling to increase student resilience. In providing services to students in the era of society 5.0, guidance and counseling teachers/counselors need to pay attention to the use and procedures for implementing services using certain approaches that have proven to be effective in overcoming KES-T so that they are able to develop students' KES. The usefulness of cognitive behavior therapy counseling in </em><br /><em>increasing student resilience will be discussed in this article. This research method is a literature review where data is obtained from various reference sources such as articles, source books and other supporting documents. <p><em>This research is based on phenomena that occur in the field which show symptoms of prograstination in </em><em>students. The aim of this research is to find out what is behind procrastination behavior. This research used a </em><em>case study approach with the subject studied being one student with symptoms of prograstination. The data </em><em>collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses content </em><em>analysis and comparative analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that factors contributed to the client's procrastination behavior. First, clients experience frustration due to low learning outcomes, which then triggers negative emotions and interferes with focus in completing tasks. Second, the client develops a habit of avoiding tasks, even though he is aware that the task is important and must be completed immediately. Third, the client's academic procrastination behavior is relatively high, with consistent delays in starting and completing assignments. Lastly, the gap between plans and time indicates that the client does not have good time management skills, resulting in a lot of time being wasted. Overall, negative emotional factors, task avoidance, inability to manage time, and difficulty starting tasks are the main background for procrastination experienced by clients.</em></p>Melva SyahrialYeni Karneli

<p><em>Career information services play an important role in helping students understand and plan the right career path for their future, especially for teenagers who are in the transition to adulthood. This research aims to review the role of career information services in improving students' career planning. The method used is content analysis using the Krippendorff method by reviewing 20 national and international articles published in the last 10 years. Data taken from Google Scholar and Science Direct. The results of this study indicate that career information services have an important role in helping students plan their careers effectively. <p>Keterampilan membaca dan hubungan interpersonal memainkan peranan yang cukup penting dalam proses pembelajaran di semua mata pelajaran, serta pengembangan sosial dan emosional siswa. Isi dari artikel mencakup proses pengukuran, perolehan, dan penyajian informasi yang penting mengenai keterampilan membaca siswa dan korelasi dengan kualitas hubungan interpersonal mereka. Metode yang dipakai mengarah pada jenis penelitian dekriptif-kuantitatif menggunakan pengisian instrumen melalui Google Form, dengan tujuan untuk mengukur<br />keterampilan membaca dan hubungan interpersonal siswa di sekolah menengah atas. <p>Pada masa remaja perkembangan psikis atau mental sangat berperan penting. Salah satunya adalah kepercayaan diri. Dukungan ekonomi orang tua menjadi salah satu faktor dapat terbentuknya kepercayaan diri siswa, dengan demikian status sosial ekonomi orang tua berhubungan erat dengan kepercayaan diri siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan tingkat status sosial ekonomi orang tua, tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa, serta mengungkapkan pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orangtua terhadap tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa SMAN 6 Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode expost facto. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 288 dengan menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode slovin didapat sampel sebanyak 74 siswa. Jenis data primer merupakan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Jenis data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diambil langsung oleh siswa kelas X yang bersangkutan. Wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket pada penelitian ini digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji persentase, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis persentase, diketahui bahwa kualitas status sosial ekonomi orang tua siswa berada dalam kategori sedang karena memiliki nilai total persentase sebesar 42,2%. Sedangkan kualitas kepercayaan diri siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan total persentase sebesar 42%. Di<br />buktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000<0.05 maka nilai regresi sederhana yaitu 0,379. Hal<br />tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa di SMAN 6 Kota Jambi.</p> <p> </p>Adela YasicaFreddi Sarman
