Corruption at the village level is a serious issue that hampers development and directly harms communities, particularly since the increase of village fund allocations in 2015, which has triggered various forms of budget misuse by certain village officials. Indonesian Corruption Watch (ICW) data in 2023 show that the village sector is the most vulnerable to corruption, contributing 23.64% of total national corruption cases. This community service program aims to build anti-corruption awareness and capacity among village officials as a preventive measure in village fund management. Through legal counseling, training, and continuous coaching on the values of integrity, transparency, and accountability, village apparatus are expected to gain a better understanding of the forms, impacts, and prevention of corruption, and to apply these values in the performance of their duties. The program also encourages village officials to act as agents of anti-corruption dissemination among their peers and the wider community, thereby fostering a strong anti-corruption culture within village governance and enhancing public participation in monitoring village funds. The outputs of this program include a cooperation document in the form of an Implementation Arrangement, activity videos, mass media publications, a scientific article submitted to a journal, and a presentation in a seminar forum. Overall, anti-corruption education is positioned as a strategic and urgent step to realize clean and accountable village governance in line with Law No. 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law No. 20 of 2001 on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes.
