The journal was established in 2023. This Journal has p-ISSN <a href="http://issn.pdii.lipi.go.id/issn.cgi?daftar&amp;1180425604&amp;1&amp;&amp;">0000-0000</a>, and e-ISSN 0000-0000.</p> <p><strong>Journal of Land Use Transformation System </strong>accepts manuscripts in the form of original research, reviews, and short communication on land use change by human activities which transform the natural landscape (forest, agricultural land, rangeland), referring to how land has been used, affect on the living condition of flora and fauna, climate and people in the surrounded environment. </p> <p>Manuscripts submitted to the <strong>Journal of Land Use Transformation System </strong>will be checked in terms of writing guidelines. When it is appropriate the manuscript will be reviewed by two reviewers. All manuscripts are subjected to the double-blind peer review process and once the review process results as “accepted” (the manuscripts are of high quality, not previously published, and are not under consideration for publication by another journal) will be published.  The journal publishes articles biannual (April and October). In some cases, this increase in conversion is due to the annual decline in rubber prices, which has led to lower farmer incomes and regional economic growth. This research aims to determine and analyze the conversion of rubber crop commodities to palm oil in Banyuasin Regency based on price, productivity, and financial ratio analysis. The method used was descriptive analysis focusing on three main variables: price trends, productivity, and financial ratio analysis for the two commodities, including comparing production costs, income, and profitability. The results show that rubber prices have decreased significantly over the last ten years, while palm oil prices have not. The analysis method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research sample was 77 respondents from 340 populations, with the determination of the sample size based on the Slovin formula. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results of this research show that the condition of the community is prone to flooding when the harvest fails in Rantau Panjang Village, Kumpeh District, Muaro Jambi Regency, experiencing large losses. This research study analyses the impact of the SAD resettlement on their environmental interactions with oil palm plantations. It also clarifies how economic and ecological changes have affected SAD life and their values. Methods include Focus Group Discussions and direct interviews with SAD groups living in Kutai and Singosari at Pematang Kabau Village. The result found that the economic changes have led to SAD engaging in activities like planting rubber inside the area of the National Park and working in an oil palm plantations company on the boundary area at the National Park Bukit 12. Education is crucial for SAD, 90.14% of SAD mentioned that they need education for their families. The study used exploratory descriptive methods, with sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The study consists of several stages, namely: soil and root sampling, AMF spore identification, and root colonization. The results of the study showed the genus AMF in the rhizosphere of the Jelutung rawa (D. lowii Hook.f.) which is intercropped with the oil palm (E. guineensis Jacq.) namely Glomus, Acaulospora, Gigaspoora, and Scutellospora. The plantation area in question is an area that has not been attached to land rights and already has a permit/concession/business license that is deliberately not cultivated or not utilized. Indonesia has a plantation area of 26.5 thousand hectares, and 4.5% is an abandoned land that is not utilized. Thus, it is necessary to control this plantation land by government regulation. It can be utilized optimally by the community and the state.
