PENGARUH DOSIS PUPUK P DAN INOKULASI FUNGI MIKORIZA ARBUSKULA (FMA) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT GAHARU (Aquilaria mallacensis Lamk.)

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to obtain response of gaharu (Aquilaria malaccensis Lamk.) growth using combination between phosphate fertilizer and arbuskula mycorhizal fungi (AMF). The research was done since September 2013 until Februari 2014 in nursery area of forestry faculty, Jambi University. The research was arranged in complete randomized design in factorial pola with two treatment factors and three replications. The treatments that have been tried are factor A with three different doses of phosphate fertilizer and factor B with four different doses of AMF. Doses of phosphate fertilizier are 0 gram/polybag, 3 gram/polybag dan 6 gram/polybag. Doses of AMF are 0 g/polybag, 5 gram/polybag, 10 gram/polybag dan 15 gram/polybag. The results of this research showed that combination application between 3 gram/seed phosphate fertilizer and 10 gram/seed AMF is more efectif than the other combinations. The best results of lenght increase, diameter and leaf increase gaharu have been showed by the combination.
