AbstractIndonesia is a difficult place for the grain to live because of the physical environment in Indonesia is not suitable for grain crops which are subtropical plants, so that Indonesia rely on imports from abroad to meet the needs of wheat to be processed into flour by the public. Indonesian society tend to prefer the refined white flour products such as instant noodles, rolls, and other moist cake. The use of wheat flour by the people of Indonesia was ranked the top compared with the use of other flour-flour .To cope with the price of wheat flour is increasingly mahaj, then look for other alternatives and one of them cultivate jackfruit seeds into flour of high nutritional value. Besides flour from jackfruit seeds are also safe because it does not use chemical preservatives. The methods used to process grain into flour Cempedak in community service activities is not difficult and the materials used are also readily available. So that the process of making flour from jackfruit seeds can be quickly resolved. In addition to increase the selling value of jack fruit, can also increase the income of mothers RT 14 Village Recognize Large Kotabaru District of Jambi.
