ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN JASA MENGHADAPI PESAING
The purpose of this study are; (1) to identify factors of Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats of Andi's laundry firms and (2) to analyze marketing alternative strategies that appropriate for Andi's laundry. This study used interview and observation to collect primary data, and then implemented SWOT analysis in order to find the strategy. The results is depicted at diagram Cartesian that showed Andi's laundry position is located in quadrant I. This quadrant implies growth strategy, used strengths to explore any opportunities for any market opportunities.
