IJIELC diterbitkan oleh MKWK Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Jambi. Penerbitan perdana pada tahun 2023, keberkalaan dua kali setahun pada bulan April dan Oktober. IJIELC terbuka diakses secara bebas tanpa biaya oleh berbagai kalangan.
