Abstract

ABSTRACT
The research purpose is to study the effect of mycorrhiza fungi on colonization infection of mycorrhiza in the root of sweetcorn in ex coal mining soil. A randomized completely design was applied with six treatments and four replicates. The treatment of level mycorrhiza were consisted of 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 g pot-1. The results showed that the treatments have significantly affected colonization, percentage of root infection, Corg, P availability and the height of plant. The level of 200 g pot-1 gave the highest result on the root infection, while level of 100 g pot-1 gave the highest result on the colonization of sweet corn.
